CELICE offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase, provided the purchase was made from an authorized retailer BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE.

This warranty does not, however, extend to cases, crystals, crowns, pushers, bracelets, hands or any modification resulting from use rather than manufacturing or assembly. Please note that opening the case back, pressing any buttons underwater, or water ingress with our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches will void this warranty.

To ensure the warranty process runs smoothly, it is essential to retain proof of purchase and warranty card. Please keep them in a safe place. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if the watch shows signs of excessive wear or misuse. In the event that a watch requires servicing, CELICE reserves the right to repair or replace the watch at our discretion.

All online purchases are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your product(s), please contact us by email regarding the reason for returning the item. CELICE assumes no responsibility for items lost during return shipping.

To be eligible for returns, your item(s) must be unused and in original condition with product labels and protective stickers intact. We also require proof of purchase, which can be provided by telling us your order number or the email address you purchased with. CELICE reserves the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet the appropriate criteria. Any rejected item will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
