Celice offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, provided that the purchase was made from an authorized Celice dealer. This warranty does not, however, extend to cases, crystals, crowns, pushers, bracelets, hands or any modifications resulting from use rather than manufacturing or assembly. Please note that opening the case back, pressing buttons underwater or ingress of water with our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches will void this warranty.

To ensure the warranty is performed properly, it is essential to retain proof of purchase and warranty card. Please keep them in a safe place. We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if the watch shows signs of excessive wear or abuse. In the event that a watch requires repair, Celice reserves the right to repair or replace the watch at its discretion.

RETURNS

All online purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your product(s), please contact us via email regarding the reason for returning the item. Celice assumes no responsibility for items lost during return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in their original condition, with the product tags and protective stickers intact. We also require proof of purchase, which can be provided by providing us with your order number or the email address you used to make the purchase. Celice reserves the right to reject returned items if they do not meet the appropriate criteria. Any rejected item(s) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Taxes outside Europe zone

Shipping fees paid at checkout do not include import taxes and duties.
