Are your watches waterproof?
All watches sold on CELICE have different levels of water resistance. However, we recommend that you avoid any contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch when showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any activity where it is exposed directly to water.
Please note that water damage on our 3 ATM and 5 ATM watches is not covered under the 2 year warranty.
How to check the authenticity of the watch?
To ensure the authenticity of watches sold by CELICE, they must be purchased directly from our website.
CELICE will not honor any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
Can I wash my watch strap?
Stainless Steel Band/Mesh Strap - To prevent rust, quickly wipe off moisture, sweat or other dirt with a soft cloth. To wash the bracelet, apply neutral detergent (mixed with water) when stains on the surface are visible. For stubborn stains accumulated in the gaps of the strap segments, use a small brush to remove them. During the washing process, protect the watch head from moisture by wrapping it with plastic film. Don't forget to dry the entire watch thoroughly using a soft, dry cloth.
Leather strap – we do not recommend washing the leather strap. Any exposure to water will dry out the leather and could damage the strap. However, a local watchmaker or watch retailer may offer cleaning products specifically designed for leather.
Nylon Strap – Always remove the watch face from the strap. Use warm water with soap and gently brush the bracelet. Let dry flat on a towel.
Orders and deliveries
How do I cancel my order?
In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our carrier to have the package returned to our warehouse.
Once the package is returned to our warehouse will we be able to process the cancellation.
Can I modify my order?
Once an order is submitted, we cannot change the products ordered or the quantity selected. In this situation, we suggest you contact us and cancel the incorrect order. Subsequently, we recommend that you place a new order on our website with the correct item(s) at your convenience
Why was my order canceled?
CELICE reserves the right to cancel any order deemed fraudulent or considered at high risk of fraud. In the event of cancellation and refund of the order, the customer will be informed by email the same day.
Does the watch come with a strap?
A watch you select on our product page will consist of the watch head and corresponding strap. You can purchase additional bracelets, if desired, by selecting a bracelet on the Accessories page.
How to order?
To place your order, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Next, go to the payment page where you fill in your personal and payment information before proceeding to pay for the order.
When will I receive my order ?
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse will process your order within the next business day.
You should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Packages are not transported on weekends and local holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of CELICE and its carrier.
These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during promotional campaign periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.
I received the wrong product, what should I do?
If you receive your package and it does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from CELICE with your package tracking information after your goods have been shipped. To track your package, simply use the tracking number on the carrier's website.

What types of payments do you accept?
CELICE accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, as well as various other debit cards and local billing options.
Is our payment information secure?
Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any party other than your bank – including CELICE.
